We walked a little ways down the boardwalk and looked at the sky behind the house and saw this...

Neither picture captures the excitement we felt at finally seeing a sunset--or the sadness we felt knowing that a setting sun will eventually set and stay down for many days. I will miss that beautiful ball of flames that melts the river and makes the berries grow. BUT I am ready for the cold and snow. Be gone you darn mosquitos!
