The Artistic Waarviks

The first ornament we have with my real name
After getting the Christmas decorations down this year we decided there just wasn't enough of that eclectic Waarvik style in the box... plus there were a lot of ornaments with the name Christina on them. Who is that chick anyway? Time to UPDATE! So we made our own ornaments. We started by buying a whole huge box of plastic cookie cutters with a nice roll out ornament recipe written out on the side. It worked perfectly and made a TON of ornaments. Then I gathered whatever paint I could find, called in the kids, and forced Daddy to participate (he really is a wonderful artist... hum maybe he should stick to writing though LOL!) We had a blast and will now be able to look at all these over the years and say, "What the heck were we thinking?! "

Arwen paints the letter 'A'. It was part of the word PAPA for my Dad.

Molly's Candy Cane. I think this one ended up a nice brownish pink hahaha!

Macy painted almost all of her ornaments pink... then wanted glitter added. That's MY girl!

A hodge podge of the most beautiful ornaments EVER!

Guess who made this one? Hint: it was a male member of our family. It was a Christmas gift for his mother!
